He currently serves St Marks UMC, Ocala, FL, a traditional congregation and a network of Fresh Expressions that gather in tattoo parlors, burrito joints, dog parks, EV charging stations, inpatient rehabs, and digital spaces. Beck is the Director of the Fresh Expressions House of Studies at United Theological Seminary, and Director of Fresh Expressions of The United Methodist Church.
