once there is always that nagging fear in the back of your mind that it will one day come back.  When you start to get achy because of a cold or the flu, there is the fear that it may be far worse than just a cold or the latest bug going around.  Health is something most of us take for granted, until the doctors utter those words, “you have cancer,” and then all bets are off.  Moving forward after diagnosis and treatment is difficult. Most people are not afraid when they get a cold, those who are cancer survivors likely are.  Changing our way of thinking takes time. We have to be not only healthy in body but also in spirit and way of thinking. We have to work to embrace the “new” healthy and
